Hello ETMOOCers! My name is Beverly MacKay and I am the Director of Curriculum for the Ramapo Indian Hills Regional High School District in northern New Jersey, USA.  We are a suburb of New York City, about 20 miles northwest.  Our two high schools serve 2300 high school students in grades 9-12. We like to think we are creating 21st century learning opportunities for our students through technology until we get involved with folks all over the world as in this ETMOOC course and are amazed by all of the great teaching and learning ideas out there.  I am excited to begin learning through shared ideas from educators around the world.
All this blogging and tweeting is new to me but I am set to give it my best shot! I believe in the power of technology in our classrooms, our homes and our lives 24/7…..  And let the learning begin!
