I have created this Blogger site to document my progress through my very first MOOC, entitled #ETMOOC.  It will serve as a space for my reflections about the process as well as a platform from which I can collaborate with my fellow ETMOOCers.

A little bit about myself – I am a Facilitator of Educational Technology with Spring Branch ISD, an innovative public school district in Houston, Texas.  I am a former high school history teacher whose passion for technology led me to accept this position and help other teachers use technology effectively and purposefully in the classroom.  I am excited about ETMOOC as an opportunity to experience firsthand what it is like to be a student in a MOOC, something that appears to be the future of education.
