Dr. Chomsky’s comment (in the video below)about the nature of graduate school – participatory, and inquiry based – has me once again wondering why elementary can’t be more like that? Classical education used to be that… what happened in-between to generate so much emphasis on content acquisition, accountability as data generation, and questioning as answering?
