I am excited to be a part of the Educational Technology Mooc. For those of you who don’t know, a MOOC is a massive open on-line course. I have been curious about MOOCs for a while, so when I heard that @courosa was one of the organizers of a MOOC about educational technology, it seemed like the perfect opportunity to try one. Although I have never met Alec in person, he is part of my Personal Learning Network (PLN) and I have learned a lot from him.

I am a little late to the party, but here is my introductory video for the course. Although there were a few iMovie audio glitches, making this video was easier than recording the video for the #etmooc #lipdub – that was a little out of my comfort zone!

I am interested in Curricular Transformation. I am fortunate to have the opportunity to work on a brand new curriculum in a climate of educational change at Alberta Education. I can’t wait to see what is possible.
