Tonight I attended a great session with ETMOOC on educational leaders and social media.  A great thought I took away was developing a digital growth plan.  Jumping into something new with both feet is great, but you have to be able to stay afloat.  There is so much out there.  I’ll be posting my plan soon.

Another great thought i took away is collaborating on social media gives you the chance to colab by passion rather than proximity.  The people in our surroundings can often hold us back, especially if they think that means more work!  I’ve been a victim of this.  It can make you give up and feel defeated.  Social media helps you connect to others who will feed your ambition!  Loving it!!
