What do you believe, at the core, about education and learning?  What drives how you think, making decisions, and move forward?  What commitments will you make to your students, yourself, and your colleagues? If you haven’t done this, you should.  Be clear on who you are, where you stand, and how you will lead.  This is what I live by:
