Dr. Jerrold D. Green Joins Academic Partnerships’ Senior Advisory Board

President and CEO of Pacific Council on International Policy to advise on strategic direction

Green joined its senior advisory board. World-renowned for his work in international policy, Green will lend his extensive global expertise to assist the company in its globalization efforts.

Green is currently the president and CEO of the Pacific Council on International Policy in Los Angeles and a research professor at the Annenberg School of Communications and Journalism at the University of Southern California. A close colleague of Academic Partnerships’ Chairman and CEO Randy Best, Green formerly served as the director of international programs and development at the RAND Corporation where he oversaw the activities of the Center for Asia Pacific Policy, the Center for Russia and Eurasia, and the Center for Middle East Public Policy.

He is an active member of the Council on Foreign Relations, the U.S. Department of State Advisory Committee on International Economic Policy, the United States Secretary of the Navy Advisory Panel and the Advisory Board of the Suu Foundation headed by Nobel Prize winner Aung San Suu Kyi. In addition, Green serves on the University of California at Berkeley’s advisory board for the Entrepreneurship & Development in the Middle East Program and was formerly on the Advisory Committee of The Asia Society of Southern California and the Board of Columbia University’s Middle East Institute in New York.
