Many of us, from all around the world (bar South Korea and Finland, it seems!) lament the current state of education.  And what do we do?  Not enough by a long stretch, I say.

My days of hand-wringing on the sidelines are over.  It’s time for me to become part of the solution (terribly cliched, but still true!).
